Confidentiality

Information contained in email messages sent by CAMPI GRÀFIC, S.A.U. (PRAUSA) is confidential and may be privileged. It is intended solely for the named recipient. Access, review, retransmission, dissemination or any other use by an unauthorised person may be unlawful.

If you have received a message in error, please notify the sender and delete the message and any attachments from your systems.

Data protection

This information is provided under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Article 11 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights.

• Controller: CAMPI GRÀFIC, S.A.U. (PRAUSA).
• Purpose: to manage the sending and receipt of information and communications, respond to requests and maintain the relevant professional or commercial relationship.
• Legal basis: pre-contractual or contractual measures, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in managing the professional relationship and, where applicable, consent.
• Recipients: data may be processed by CAMPI GRÀFIC, S.A.U. (PRAUSA) and by service providers supporting the necessary operations. Data will not be disclosed to other third parties unless required by law.
• Retention: for as long as necessary to manage the communication or relationship and subsequently for the periods required to comply with legal obligations.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent, as well as the right not to be subject to automated individual decisions where applicable. Write to prausa@campigrafic.es, provide suitable identification and clearly state the right you wish to exercise.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe the processing does not comply with applicable law.
